(Momoholic, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website and how we use it.
What we collect
- Online orders: your name, phone number, delivery address (for delivery), the items you order and any notes you add.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your card details and email for your receipt. We never see or store your full card number.
- Table bookings: the name, phone number, date, time and notes you enter. These are only sent to us if you choose to send the request.
- Your browser: your basket, notes and details are saved in your own browser (local storage) so they’re still there if you refresh. You can clear them at any time by clearing your browser data.
How we use it
- To prepare, deliver or hand over your order, and to contact you about it.
- To process payments and refunds, and to keep records we’re required to keep by law.
- We don’t sell your information and we don’t use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, to take payments.
- Our team’s order notification tools, so the kitchen sees new orders.
- Vercel, which hosts this website, and Google Fonts, which supplies the fonts.
- Anyone else only where the law requires it.
Access, correction & questions
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask a question about privacy, by contacting us. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
